If the weather is such that the charter cannot leave the port due to unsafe conditions determined by the Captain then the reserving party has the option of rescheduling the charter or receiving a complete refund. If the reserving party does not show or does not cancel within the specified time communicarted at the time of booking then the reserving party is responsible for the entire charter fare. The Specified time for cancellation is determined by the time of year, holidays, weekends, and how far in advance the charter is booked.
